Do you customize meal plans?
Yes of course! We understand that everyone is different and will accommodate all your needs/wants. Call or email one of our wellness team members to get a quote!
How do I get my meals?
Food will be delivered right to your door step! The meals will be dropped off on Mondays. You will be provided a separate text with an ETA on delivery when your food is on the way. The food will arrive in a insulated cooler bag with ice packs to keep the food nice and cold. We ask that you return the bag and ice packs with your next order to help keep meal costs down.
What will my meals be in?
Preserving our planet is important to us so we want to make sure we are doing our part to reduce waste. Your meals will be packaged in BPA-free reusable containers (microwave friendly) and delivered in one of our coolers with reusable ice packs to keep your food fresh. Once used, the containers can be reused or recycled. Please do not return the containers in your bag.
How do I pick my meals?
You pick your meals weekly once you pick the plan that works best for your needs!
When will I pay?
Our menu will go live Sunday at 9am through Wednesday at 8pm. You'll pay then.
How do I cancel meal deliveries?
If you don't need meals for certain days or you're going out of town, you can pause your subscription on the order page. You can also cancel your subscription at any time via the order page.
Do I have to cook or prepare the food?
No! All of our meals and snacks are delivered to you fully prepared and ready to eat. You can either microwave the meals for about 2 minutes ir you can warm them up right on the stove top.
